Recently, a multinational company held a self-shoot session for employees’ profile photos.
I was invited to provide grooming checks and pose guidance.

I arranged poses while considering each person’s wishes—for example, including items that represent their work, or creating an image that conveys trustworthiness or friendliness etc.

After the session, many employees quickly uploaded their photos to the company’s internal platform.

As a result, the online meeting screens became filled with professional and appealing profile pictures, which also helped enhance communication among colleagues.
